How does a Spending Swap exchange work?+
Choose the asset and network you send from, then provide the receiving and refund addresses. Spending requests a route; after you confirm the quote, you send to its displayed deposit address for settlement.
How is the fee so low?+
Spending does not run its own inventory or layer a second hidden spread onto the route. Competing route providers are evaluated for the executable route, while Spending applies one visible 0.25% exchange fee.
Are there hidden fees?+
No Spending fee is hidden. Network gas, bridge costs, protocol costs, and route-provider pricing can still affect a route; the quoted amount is what you review before sending.
Do I need KYC with Spending?+
No. Spending does not ask for an account or identity documents. Provider access and local legal requirements can still vary by location.
How long does an exchange take?+
Settlement time depends on the origin and destination networks, confirmations, and the selected route. The exchange screen shows the deposit details and route status once a quote is created.
What if something goes wrong?+
The quote includes the refund address you supplied. If a route cannot settle under its quoted terms, that address is used for the route’s refund handling.
